Why do you run? To find out how good I can be.

The best thing about being a Hansons-Brooks athlete? The group I get to train with every day.

What have you learned since joining the Hansons-Brooks ODP? Patience.

When did you start running? In middle school I joined the local track team after playing soccer for many years.

What challenges do you face as an athlete? Weak metatarsals.

What do you like to do when you're not running? Sleep, eat, read, drink coffee, ride a bicycle, rock out.

Favorite event: The one up next.

Favorite workout: 2x6 miles, if it goes well.

Favorite pre- and post-race foods: Pre: Bagel w/cashew butter and a cup of coffee. Post: Burger fries and a boomba.
